Graham was confident while being sensitive to the fact the girls were a little unsure of something new and has a clear love & understanding of dogs. He works from his self contained van parked outside of your property & welcomes you to stay with your family pet while they are groomed to ensure they are relaxed & have a familiar face helping them enjoy their pampering. Important to add Graham converses as well with 'The Humans' as his doggy clients.
